Here are the beers I brewed in temporal order.

In the past I used 1/2 oz each of the flavoring hops,
this time I used 1/4 oz as the recipe suggests. Will note if
I notice a difference.
Basement temp is 68.5° on brewing day which is in the recommended range, therefore no temp control system this time.
Followed same bottling practices as last brew which carbed
nicely. The basement temp has been warmer, about 72° the last
few weeks, but I will assume that the corn sugar/DME mix + frothing
helped. Time will tell.
After 3 weeks the beer is not carbonated. I don't understand :(
After 4 weeks, some gas, and hope, head very thin
This beer is good now (5 weeks). I think I prefer the Otter Head though

The recipes described indicate the ingredients I used to brew the
beer. These may or may not match with the ingredients found in the
cited references. For the authoritative clone recipe and complete
descriptions of how to make any of these beers using either
extract, mash or mini-mash methods consult the cited text. I
heartily recommend the "clone" books referenced, any of them is
well worth the small investment and will pay off in great beer.
